Life Expectancy of Appliances and Home Components
Regular maintenance in a home involves replacing certain components from time to time and it is helpful in the budgeting process to know what is the typical lifetime of certain items.
The below are guidelines only and the components may continue to function beyond the suggested lifespan, however if you have any items in your home nearing the age then maybe it would be a good idea to plan for newer more energy and environmentally functional replacements.
